Note: We understand that it may not be possible for you to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to Patsy Gomez (treasurer) by 09/08/10 and you will receive a full refund. After 09/08/2010 the registration fee is non-refundable.

Methods of Registration:

Mail—Complete and mail the REGISTRATION FORM including payment to the following address. Make checks payable to HAABB.

Click on the link, enter your registration information and then you will be directed to a PayPal page to make payment via credit card.

Please note that a 4.5% service charge will be added to your registration fee.

Registration Form Instructions:

Individual Attendees Section: This section is for the individual seeking to attend the meeting. HAABB individual membership is included in the price of the sessions. By attending, membership is obtained. Membership will begin upon receipt of payment and will expire April 30, 2011.

Institutional Attendees Section:

This section is for institutions seeking to have multiple employees attend the meeting at a discounted session rate. HAABB institutional membership cost is $30. There is no limit to the number of employees that may attend when an institutional membership is obtained. Session fee must be paid for each session attendance. Membership will begin upon receipt of payment and will expire April 30, 2011.

Student Attendees Section:

This section is for students wishing to attend the meeting. There is no membership required to take advantage of the discounted session rate.

Scroll down the page to the "Quick and Easy Reservations for Attendees" section and click Continue. Select the type of room you prefer and continue on to register. The rate is $99 for a king or 2 beds standard room.

If you have difficulty registering online, contact the DoubleTree at 636-532-5000.

The quoted rate is only available for 9/14/10 check-in and 9/15/10 check-out. Reservations must be made by August 21, 2010 to receive the group rate.

The DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center is conveniently located on 23 wooded acres, only 20 miles from downtown St. Louis on I-64, also known as Hwy 40. Within 5 minutes of the hotel are over 100 restaurants with free shuttle service from the hotel.

From STL Airport - Highway I70 West, 270 South, to Highway 64/40 West. Go 7 miles to exit 19A (second Chesterfield Parkway Exit), right at stop light, left onto Swingley Ridge Road, Doubletree Hotel is at the end of Swingley Ridge on the right.

From Highway 44 - Take 270 North to 64/40 West. Take 64/40 West to Chesterfield Parkway(exit 19A). Make a right on Chesterfield Pkwy, go to the next light and turn left onto Swingley Ridge Road, hotel is at the end of the street.

From Kansas City - Take Interstate 70 East to Hwy 64/40 East. Take 64/40 East to the Chesterfield Parkway (Exit 19A) make a left go through stop light turn left, onto Swingley Ridge. Hotel is at the end of the street.

From Downtown St. Louis - Take I-44 West 13 miles to 270 North. Take 270 North to 64/40 West. Take 64/40 West to Chesterfield Parkway(exit 19A). Make a right on Chesterfield Pkwy, go to the next light and turn left onto Swingley Ridge Road, hotel is at the end of the street.
