REGISTRATION INFORMATION
There
are two sessions available. Wednesday AM or Wednesday PM
Individual - $60 ($65 after 9/01/10).
Institutional - $55 ($60 after 9/01/10) Per attendee.
The institutional
membership cost is an additional $30.
Student - $20 ($25 after 9/01/10).
Note: We understand that it may not be possible for you to attend
due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel your
registration, please send an email to
Patsy Gomez (treasurer) by
09/08/10 and you will receive a full refund. After 09/08/2010
the registration fee is non-refundable.

and then you will be directed to a PayPal page to make payment via credit card.
Please note that a 4.5%
service charge will be added to your registration fee.
Registration Form Instructions:
Individual Attendees
Section:
This section is for the individual
seeking to attend the meeting. HAABB individual membership is included
in the price of the sessions. By attending, membership is obtained.
Membership will begin upon receipt of payment and will expire April 30,
2011.
Institutional
Attendees Section:
This section is for institutions
seeking to have multiple employees attend the meeting at a discounted
session rate. HAABB institutional membership cost is $30. There is no
limit to the number of employees that may attend when an institutional
membership is obtained. Session fee must be paid for each session
attendance. Membership will begin upon receipt of payment and will expire
April 30, 2011.
Student Attendees
Section:
This section is for students
wishing to attend the meeting. There is no membership required to take
advantage of the discounted session rate.
