Student Scholarship

        The 42nd Annual Spring Meeting of the HAABB was held on May 14th and 15th, 2009 at the Embassy Suites in Kansas City.  The HAABB President was Jennifer Jung.  A new emeritus member, Steve Pierce, was selected and approved at this meeting in appreciation of his dedication and continued contribution to the field of blood banking.

       A special thank-you to all of the vendors.   Vendor participation ensures that we can continue these programs.   In addition to exhibiting at the meeting, many supported the organization by sponsoring education sessions* and providing raffle prizes.
