2010 Spring Meeting Registration Education info and links | Registration Information For The 43rd Annual Spring Meeting - May 13th and 14th, 2010 in Kansas City Spring 2010 Preliminary Program Spring 2010 List of Exhibitors COMING SOON! REGISTRATION INFORMATION There are four sessions available. Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM and Friday PM. Individual - $60 Institutional $55 Per attendee. The institutional membership cost is an additional $30. Student $20. Note: We understand that it may not be possible for you to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to Laura Potter (treasurer) by 05/06/2010 and you will receive a full refund. After 05/06/2010 the registration fee is non-refundable. Registration Form Instructions:
Institutional Attendees Section: This section is for institutions seeking to have multiple employees attend the meeting at a discounted session rate. HAABB institutional membership cost is $30. There is no limit to the number of employees that may attend when an institutional membership is obtained. Session fee must be paid for each session attendance. Membership will begin upon receipt of payment and will expire April 30, 2011. Student Attendees Section: This section is for students wishing to attend the meeting. There is no membership required to take advantage of the discounted session rate.
SPRING MEETING DETAILS Lunch:Registrants are invited to enjoy lunch each day compliments of the HAABB Board of Directors! Hotel Accommodations: The Spring meeting will be held at the Harrah's North Kansas City Hotel, One Riverboat Dr., North Kansas City, Missouri. Room rates are $99.00/Double or Single, $109 for triple, and $119 for quad. Reservations must be made by APRIL 21rst. To make hotel reservations and to receive the HAABB Group rate, please call 816-889-4278 and give them the HAABB Group Code of S5CBC10. Please call between Monday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5PM.Harrah’s Hotel is located just seven minutes north of downtown Kansas City and offers 392 guest rooms including 69 suites. Amenities include wireless internet access, valet parking, complimentary parking (surface and garage), non-smoking rooms, express check-out and video check-out in the guest rooms, in room refrigerators, indoor pool and room service. Harrah’s offers several dining options including Mike and Charlie’s Italian Restaurant, The Range Steakhouse, the Corner Grill and Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill. Harrah’s is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment: Briarcliff Village is 6 miles away. Restaurants include Trezomare, Piropos and The Café. Zona Rosa is14 miles away. O’Dowd’s, Bo Lings, Hereford House, Tomfooleries and Bravo are a few of the more than 15 restaurants located here. The Country Club Plaza is within 12 miles.
