PRELIMINARY PROGRAM

The Preliminary Program includes a tentative schedule for the meeting and a registration form for those who prefer to register by mail.  Detailed registration instructions can also be found on the preliminary program.

There are two ways to register for the Fall Meeting:

MAIL or ONLINE

To register by MAIL, complete the registration form included in the Preliminary Program (download above) and mail along with payment to the address listed in the Methods of Registration section of the program.  

To register ONLINE, choose the appropriate registration status below and follow the instructions to complete the online registration form. Once the form has been submitted, you will be directed to a PayPal page for payment via credit card.
